This is a full-time, nationwide remote position with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST. While the role is open remotely across the U.S., FedEx Logistics prefers candidates located in or near Memphis, Miami, or Indianapolis.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customs Trade Specialist, you’ll coordinate documentation for US Customs, classify goods for customs release, and ensure compliance with international regulations. You’ll also maintain shipment documentation, process agency brokerage shipments, and perform entry reconciliations.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Coordinate Documentation: Manage customs entry paperwork
- Classify Goods: Obtain correct customs classification
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to importing/exporting regulations
- Process Shipments: Handle agency brokerage shipments
- Resolve Issues: Follow up on customs matters
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: HS Diploma or GED
- Data Entry Skills: Experience required
- Software Proficiency: MS Office and Outlook
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $13.60 – $21.57/hr..
