As a full-time, remote position, the Data Entry Coordinator role at Profound Research offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the U.S. This role is vital in maintaining data integrity across clinical trials, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and management.
What Your Day Will Look Like (Non-Phone Work)
Daily tasks include entering clinical trial data into Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, performing data quality checks, resolving discrepancies, supporting database lock activities, and participating in study start-up activities. This role is critical in maintaining audit-ready documentation and generating basic reports.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Enter Data: Input clinical trial data accurately
- Review Documents: Ensure completeness and accuracy before entry
- Resolve Queries: Address data discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate: Work with CRCs and investigators
- Support Lock: Assist in database lock activities
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry
- Organizational Skills: Manage multiple studies
- Communication: Effective written and verbal skills
- Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office and EDC systems
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $15.00 – $19.00/hr. (Estimated based on similar roles; Actual pay vary.)
