What Your Day Will Look Like
As a DSNP Claims Resolution Coordinator, your day involves reviewing and resolving DSNP claim inquiries, determining appropriate claim actions, and collaborating with various departments to resolve issues. You will ensure claims are processed accurately and timely, maintaining documentation and supporting overall member and provider satisfaction.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Review Claims: Analyze DSNP claim inquiries
- Determine Actions: Decide on payment, denial, or adjustment
- Validate Information: Confirm benefits and eligibility
- Collaborate: Work with internal teams to resolve issues
- Document: Maintain accurate records in systems
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Associate’s degree preferred
- Claims Experience: 2-3 years in healthcare
- Regulation Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA, Medicare
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal
- Detail Orientation: Accuracy in submissions
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $19.81 – $28.30/hr..
