As a full-time, remote position, the Global Live Operations Specialist role requires a consistent schedule, including weekends and holidays, with shifts from 8AM to 4PM ET. This role demands a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced setting.
What Your Day Will Look Like (Non-Phone Work)
Daily tasks include executing operational workflows to ensure delivery efficiency and quality. Specialists monitor live dashboards, respond to real-time issues, and investigate operational anomalies. Additionally, they research local events that might impact operations and test new tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits
