As a full-time position, the Innovation Operations Manager role offers flexibility with remote work options, including Local Hybrid, Regional Hybrid, or fully Remote, depending on the candidate’s location within the United States. This role reports to the Director of Account Integrity & Security and includes an equity package and performance bonus.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Drive strategy and execution for machine learning innovation and labeling operations. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design impactful operational tools. Define long-term tooling strategies to enhance scalability. Assess fraud risks for new initiatives, ensuring technical controls. Bridge operational needs with technical roadmaps.
