What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Part-Time Installer Support Specialist, you will assist with loan applications and funding processes, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate. You will respond to installer inquiries, support project coordination, and uphold OneEthos’ ethical principles. Daily tasks include document review, project tracking, and administrative support.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Process Applications: Review loan documents for accuracy
- Coordinate Projects: Assist with installer support requests
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate project notes
- Support Teams: Aid in onboarding and account support
- Escalate Issues: Refer complex cases to team members
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
