What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Learning Operations Coordinator, your day will involve managing the end-to-end seminar staffing process, maintaining accurate staffing records, and ensuring effective communication with the Program Management team. You will support the CLO and Learning Advisor on operational initiatives and coordinate seminar preparation, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks.
The Learning Operations Coordinator position is a part-time, contractor role with flexible hours, allowing you to work remotely while supporting a dynamic team. The role requires 25–30 hours per week, providing an opportunity to balance work with other commitments.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Coordinate Seminar Staffing: Manage the end-to-end process for all training seminars
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate staffing records across Asana and internal systems
- Communicate Decisions: Inform the Program Management team of finalized staffing decisions
- Support Learning Team: Assist the CLO and Learning Advisor on operational priorities
- Handle Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on additional operational tasks to ensure smooth execution
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in operations or a similar role
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management in a high-volume environment
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional written communication
- System Proficiency: Comfort working with Asana, Google Sheets/Excel, and shared drives
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $35.00/hr. based on experience.
