Better Health, a rapidly growing healthcare company, has posted a Remote Member Care Advisor opening to their careers page.

In this role, you would become an expert in Better Health’s products, customers, medical conditions, insurance, and billing. You will be the first point of contact for customers’ questions and issues, collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth resolution. You will support the entire customer journey and contribute to creating efficient customer interaction processes while representing customer needs internally.

Applicants should have experience in customer service, ideally with durable medical equipment (DME), be self-motivated, creative problem solvers, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. A strong passion for consumer healthcare and helping others is essential.

The posted pay rate is $19.00 – $21.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Master company products, customer needs, medical conditions, insurance, and billing processes

  • Serve as the first contact for customer inquiries and issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve problems

  • Manage the entire customer journey, from initial contact through post-purchase support

  • Help develop and improve customer interaction processes

  • Advocate for customers internally to ensure product development aligns with their needs

Requirements:

  • Passion for consumer healthcare and helping people improve their quality of life

  • Customer service experience, preferably with durable medical equipment (DME)

  • Ability to go above and beyond for customers consistently

  • Self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly pay between $19.00 and $21.00, depending on experience
