The posted pay rate is up to $18 per hour plus a monthly bonus.

Job Responsibilities

Contact prospective members by phone to introduce the Wellth program

Explain how the program works and assist with enrollment

Guide individuals through downloading and using the Wellth app

Conduct feedback outreach to help ensure member voices are heard

Speak with clarity, empathy, and professionalism

Represent the company’s values while supporting patients

Provide patient guidance with patience, especially for those unfamiliar with technology
Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Ability to build rapport quickly with prospective members

Ability to overcome objections and convey program benefits

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high outbound call volume

Clear, professional speaking voice and friendly phone manner

Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile technology

High School Diploma or GED

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Compensation & Hours

Base pay up to $18/hr

Monthly bonus opportunities

Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)

Scheduling ranges from Monday–Saturday, between 6 AM – 8 PM PST
