Superpower offers a full-time, remote opportunity for a Member Success Representative, with a schedule of Wednesday to Sunday, from 12 PM to 9 PM PST. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, service-driven startup environments and are passionate about healthcare transformation.

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Member Success Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for members, ensuring seamless interactions. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling blood draws, guiding members through the platform, and providing empathetic, solutions-focused support. This role requires critical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to anticipate and meet member needs.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Guide Members: Assist with health journey navigation
  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate blood draws efficiently
  • Platform Orientation: Educate members on system use
  • Provide Solutions: Address inquiries with empathy

Compensation & Benefits
