In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of mid-market customers, guiding them through onboarding, supporting product adoption, and partnering on renewals and long-term success. You’ll work closely with sales, support, and product teams to ensure customers get value from Articulate’s platform.

This job is best suited for mid-career customer success or account management professionals with experience managing customer relationships and driving retention. The role is fully remote and open to U.S.-based candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market customer accounts
  • Lead customer onboarding and ongoing adoption efforts
  • Partner with sales on renewals and account growth
  • Track customer health and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer needs

Relevant Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years experience working in a customer-facing account management, sales or customer success role
  • Experience managing renewals and customer relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated compensation for this role is $76,800 – $101,760/yr. + benefits and bonus eligibility.
