What Your Day Will Look Like (Non-Phone Work)
In this role, you’ll focus on processing provider credentials and licenses, ensuring data accuracy, and handling payor enrollment applications. Your day will include researching and evaluating provider licensure, interacting with providers and clients via email, and summarizing research findings into clear guidelines for Certify customers.
This position is part-time and fully remote, offering flexibility to work from various locations across the United State. The role involves a collaborative environment where you’ll engage with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Research Information: Evaluate provider licensure data
- Process Applications: Handle credentialing and enrollment
- Validate Data: Ensure accuracy on platforms
- Email Interaction: Communicate with clients and providers
- Project Assistance: Support new client implementations
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Research Skills: Conduct extensive online searches
- Detail Orientation: Ensure data accuracy
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal abilities
- Tech Proficiency: Microsoft Office and Google Apps
