As a full-time role, the Associate Operations Support Specialist II position offers a 4×10 schedule with overnight shifts. Candidates can choose between Block A (Saturday to Tuesday) or Block B (Tuesday to Friday), both running from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM PST/PDT. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts as needed, including weekends and team absences.

What Your Day Will Look Like

In this role, you will monitor system alerts and notifications, execute troubleshooting protocols, and perform problem-solving actions based on provided flowcharts. You will restart hardware systems or escalate issues to senior engineering staff when necessary. Maintaining detailed logs and ensuring timely resolution or escalation of issues will be a key part of your responsibilities.

  • Follow Protocols: Use troubleshooting steps for issues
  • Execute Actions: Implement solutions from flowcharts
  • Restart Systems: Reboot hardware or escalate issues
  • Log Maintenance: Keep detailed records of actions

Relevant Experience & Skills Required

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience with dashboards a plus
  • Overnight Experience: Advantageous but not required
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Familiarity with hardware/software
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this role is $27.00 – $31.00/hr..
