As a full-time, remote position, the Press Release Operations Specialist role offers flexibility in work hours, primarily from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM ET. Candidates should expect some variation in hours during onboarding and training. This role is ideal for those who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy remote work setups.

What Your Day Will Look Like

In this role, you will assist customers throughout the press release distribution process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Tasks include troubleshooting issues, managing newsroom content, and escalating technical problems to relevant teams. You will work closely with Customer Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to maintain high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
