What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Product Support Specialist, you will act as the initial point of contact for all Datarails-related inquiries, handling complex technical issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional support and enhance customer satisfaction. Your day will involve troubleshooting, monitoring tickets, and refining the company’s knowledge base.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Initial Contact: Handle all inquiries via Zendesk
- Troubleshoot Issues: Provide first response and follow-ups
- Monitor Tickets: Process and direct unresolved issues
- Enhance Satisfaction: Engage customers for advocacy
- Knowledge Base: Expand and refine resources
