This role is part-time and remote, offering approximately 20 hours per week. The Program Coordinator will report to the AVP of Customer Success and work within the Capstone Programs and Client Services department.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Engage with Project Leaders to design and support capstone projects, manage recruitment pipelines, and provide ongoing support and guidance. Coordinate project onboarding and maintain accurate records, ensuring a seamless experience for students and industry partners.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Recruit Leaders: Engage industry Project Leaders
- Manage Pipeline: Ensure 20 projects annually
- Conduct Outreach: Present to potential leaders
- Onboard Projects: Oversee recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain Records: Track outreach and outcomes
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Project Management: Manage multiple active projects
- Client Relations: Build trust with stakeholders
- Technical Proficiency: Digital collaboration tools
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $15.00 – $19.00/hr. (Estimated based on similar roles; Actual pay may vary.)
