In this role, you would handle customer service inquiries related to claims status, benefits, eligibility, and PPO participation from members and providers via phone, internet, or written correspondence. You will work in a metric-based environment, meet performance standards, and apply core company values while delivering a differentiated service experience.
Applicants should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong multitasking and communication skills, and be comfortable using Microsoft applications and search engines. Call center experience, medical terminology knowledge, and remote work experience are preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
The posted pay rate ranges from $18.50 to $42.35 per hour, depending on experience and other factors.
