What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Social Media Associate, you’ll create and publish engaging content, identifying culturally relevant moments to keep Yelp’s platforms vibrant. Tasks include writing captions, collaborating with colleagues for consistency, and using analytics to refine strategies. You’ll also ensure accessibility in all content, maintaining Yelp’s social voice across platforms.

Responsibilities & Expectations

Create Content: Develop engaging posts for TikTok and Instagram
