What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll manage dynamic customer interactions, create Voice of Customer reports, and moderate social media communities. You’ll work closely with team members to identify risks and suggest improvements, while maintaining confidentiality and educating users on safety.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Manage Contacts: Handle escalated customer interactions
  • Create Reports: Develop Voice of Customer insights
  • Analyze Risks: Assess high-visibility issues in real-time
  • Moderate Communities: Oversee Rover-owned social media
  • Collaborate: Work with teams to improve policies

Relevant Experience & Skills Required

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Social Media Skills: Experience with Facebook, Instagram
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills
  • Analysis: Proficient in data storytelling
  • CRM Tools: Experience with ZenDesk

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated compensation for this role is $28.33 – $36.51/hr.
