As a full-time, remote position, the User Support & Operations Specialist role offers flexibility in working hours. The position allows for remote work, enabling candidates to operate from any location while collaborating with a team based in NYC.
What Your Day Will Look Like
In this role, you will manage the user support process, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to address user issues and contribute to product improvements. Your day will involve creating support resources, gathering user feedback, and assisting in testing new features.

Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $65,000 – $90,000/yr.
