If you’re an RRR regular, you’ve probably heard us mention Concentrix. They’ve hired many RRRebels over the years. The following are their stats from employee reviews:
Rated 3.8 out of 5 stars on Glassdoor
Rated 3.4 out of 5 stars on Indeed
They’re hiring Customer Service & Sales Reps from most US states.
Pay isn’t listed in their job description, though one Rat Race Rebel reported $16/hr. Glassdoor places it at about $14/hr. But neither rate is official.

TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM:
- You must have a quiet, distraction-free location to work from in your residence.
- You must possess a High School diploma or GED.
- You may need to have your own PC (desktop or laptop only) and high-speed internet (satellite and wireless hotspots are not approved), both of which will be tested and retested as needed as part of the application process.
- You will need to have a monitor or possibly dual monitors; the requirements vary by client and will be discussed prior to your start.
- A smartphone is required for security verification. A landline may be required based on the position offered.
- All positions may require the purchase of equipment such as, but not limited to, a headset, flash drive, and dual monitors. (They are not needed as part of the application process, so please do not purchase until we extend an offer to you.)
- We are looking for candidates that have great customer service skills, are computer and internet savvy, and comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously.
- We need you to be a “people person” who enjoys talking to and assisting others.
- We prefer 7 days per week availability. Schedules vary and are discussed during the interview.
