Job Responsibilities
- Schedule radiology appointments including mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs, and CT scans
- Address patient questions and concerns related to imaging services
- Make outbound calls to coordinate radiology appointments
- Participate in coaching sessions to enhance performance
- Document all patient and member interactions accurately using management software
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Six or more months of general business experience, preferably in customer service
- Healthcare background in a clinical setting or healthcare contact center
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
- Working knowledge of Windows PC, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work a 10:00 a.m. CST schedule
- Reliable internet connection (satellite and 5G not accepted)
- Ability to provide two 22-inch monitors with HDMI and Display ports
