What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Commercial and Mid-Market customers, ensuring value realization and retention. Engage in strategic planning, facilitate customer adoption of solutions, and align with business objectives, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Must reside in PST for this full-time, remote role available in Canada and the US.

The compensation for this role is $101,000 – $146,000/yr..
