As a full-time, fully remote position, the Patient Enrollment Specialist role offers flexibility with evening shifts from Monday to Friday, either from 2-10 PM ET or 3-11 PM ET. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a structured schedule while working from the comfort of their home.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Patient Enrollment Specialist, your day will involve engaging potential patients over the phone to provide information about Aviary’s healthcare services. You will assist patients with enrollment, offer technical support, and schedule sessions with the care team. Maintaining accurate records and achieving weekly targets will be key components of your role, ensuring efficient and effective patient onboarding.
