What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Senior Support Operations Analyst, you’ll architect Babylist’s Customer Support infrastructure by building systems, insights, and AI-powered tools. You’ll configure Zendesk automation, optimize chatbot performance, and build SQL-based dashboards. Collaborating with engineering and product teams, you’ll identify operational bottlenecks and lead change management for new tool adoption.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Design Scalable Processes: Create systems that improve agent performance and user experience
- Build Dashboards: Develop SQL-based dashboards in Sigma/Tableau for CS leadership decisions
- Optimize AI Tools: Implement and enhance AI chatbot platforms for efficient support
- Lead Change Management: Drive tool rollouts and workflow changes with stakeholders
- Enhance Self-Service: Evolve self-service content and AI integrations like Copilots
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: No specific degree required, but relevant experience is essential
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a focus on operational improvements
- SQL Proficiency: Advanced SQL skills to write complex queries and build data models
- Zendesk Experience: Hands-on experience with Zendesk or similar platforms
- AI Integration: Familiarity with AI support technologies and their practical integration
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $130,000 – $150,000/yr. based on experience.
