What Your Day Will Look Like (Non-Phone Work)
This is a fully non-phone, async-first role where your day is centered on written communication, community engagement, and creative output — not calls or meetings. You’ll spend your time moderating Discord channels, responding to players, organizing tournaments, and building relationships with creators, all through chat, content, and digital platforms.

- Moderate Channels: Oversee and enforce community rules
- Publish Content: Write and release updates timely
- Organize Tournaments: Schedule and moderate events
- Build Relationships: Engage with top players
- Report Sentiment: Analyze community feedback weekly

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $2,000 – $3,000/month.
