What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Customer Support Quality Assurance Analyst, you will perform quality audits on customer service interactions, including listening to and scoring calls and auditing email support cases. You will ensure that all communications meet Evry Health’s professional standards and reflect the brand’s commitment to service excellence. Additionally, you will assist in training new team members and propose improvements to enhance the customer service experience.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Audit Calls: Listen to and score a minimum of 2-3 calls per CSR weekly
  • Review Emails: Audit 2 email support cases per CSR weekly for accuracy and professionalism
  • Become a SME: Utilize tools and procedures to evaluate CSR performance
  • Assist Training: Help train new customer support team members
  • Propose Improvements: Suggest documentation updates to improve CSR experience

Relevant Experience & Skills Required

  • Experience Requirements: 3-5 years in commercial health plan experience
  • QA Function: 1-2 years in QA roles within customer support
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of medical and insurance terminology
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated compensation for this role is $21.00 – $31.00/hr.  based on experience. (Estimated based on similar customer support quality assurance roles; Actual pay may vary.)
