What Your Day Will Look Like (Non-Phone Work)
As a part-time Customer Support Specialist, you will manage weekend and holiday support, ensuring high-quality assistance for partners. You will handle inquiries via chat and email, troubleshoot issues, and escalate bugs when necessary. The role requires you to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high standard of service.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Manage Inquiries: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via chat and email
- Provide Support: Assist customers with clear and empathetic communication

Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Experience Requirements: 2–4+ years in Customer Support or similar role
- Communication Skills: Clear, confident written communication
- Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with SaaS platforms and AI tools
- Problem-Solving Ability: Critical thinking and sound judgment in prioritizing tasks
