What Your Day Will Look Like (Non-Phone Work)

As a part-time Customer Support Specialist, you will manage weekend and holiday support, ensuring high-quality assistance for partners. You will handle inquiries via chat and email, troubleshoot issues, and escalate bugs when necessary. The role requires you to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high standard of service.

Responsibilities & Expectations
