What You’ll Be Doing

As a Tax Customer Support Agent, you’ll assist customers with general questions about tax software functionality, navigation, and basic troubleshooting. You’ll provide calm, helpful support while guiding customers through their experience during a high-volume tax season.

Important Details

This is an independent contractor role
Hours of operation through April: 7 days/week, 8:00 AM–12:00 AM ET
Client preference: 80 commits/month, including availability on April 14–15 (peak days)
Agents are responsible for meeting LiveOps’ system, background check, and certification requirements
