What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customs clearance processes for cross-border shipments via ocean, air, rail, and truck. Daily tasks include preparing and filing duty drawback entries, validating import/export data, and maintaining organized records for audit readiness. This role is 100% non-phone work.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- File Entries: Prepare and submit duty drawback entries
- Validate Data: Ensure accuracy of import/export information
- Maintain Records: Organize documentation for audits
- Create Reports: Track drawback claim status
- Resolve Discrepancies: Work with teams to fix data issues
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED
- Excel Proficiency: Basic functions and navigation
- Logistics Experience: At least 1 year required
- Language Skills: Fluent in English
- Data Entry: Accurate and efficient input skills
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $19.37 – $33.94/hr..
