What Your Day Will Look Like
As an Account Support Specialist, daily tasks include provisioning new advisor accounts, managing advisor transitions, and executing user migrations. The role focuses on data updates and account reconciliations, collaborating with Account Management to prioritize requests and identify process improvements. This is a non-phone position, emphasizing administrative workflows and internal system updates.
