What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Bilingual Technical Customer Support representative, you’ll engage with customers through phone interactions, addressing technical issues and providing account support. You’ll troubleshoot device problems, assist with product launches, and collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience.

Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office
- Customer Service Experience: 2+ years required
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting abilities
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $19.13 – $27.21/hr..
