What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Digital Banking Support Representative, you will respond to Tier 1 inquiries, provide technical support for mobile and online platforms, and assist with digital onboarding. You will also identify cross-sell opportunities, support marketing initiatives, and maintain compliance with bank policies.
