What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Billing Operations Lead, the focus will be on overseeing the billing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Daily tasks include developing billing policies, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance billing systems. This role emphasizes operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Oversee Billing: Manage billing lifecycle for retailers
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain financial controls and standards
- Develop Policies: Create and update billing SOPs
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Finance, Product, and Legal
- Drive Improvement: Identify system enhancements and automation
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience Required: 5+ years in billing operations
- Technical Skills: Salesforce CPQ, billing platforms
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL
- Regulatory Knowledge: SOX, ASC 606 familiarity

The compensation for this role is $84,000 – $97,000/yr..
