What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Business Expert on the Human Data Team, you’ll engage in non-phone work, focusing on creating datasets to enhance AI capabilities. Daily tasks include labeling and annotating data, collaborating with technical staff to refine annotation tools, and applying customer experience expertise to support AI training.
