As a full-time, remote position, the Care Admin Specialist role offers flexibility with start times between 6am MST and 2pm MST, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed. The position requires 8.5-hour shifts, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Applicants may work remotely from most U.S. states; however, candidates residing in AK, CA, ME, NY, OR, WA, DC, MA, NJ, CT, IL, and MN are not eligible for this position.

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Care Admin Specialist, you’ll engage in non-phone work, focusing on data review and transfer between systems, maintaining patient charts, and ensuring data accuracy. You’ll support the admissions and clinical teams with administrative tasks, adhere to compliance standards, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline patient care processes.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Data Review: Ensure accuracy in patient records
  • Chart Maintenance: Keep charts organized and updated
  • Data Entry: Update databases as needed
  • Admin Support: Assist teams with scheduling

  • Education Requirements: Associate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 1+ years in relevant roles
  • Skills: Strong organizational abilities

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce, GSheets

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this role is $20.00/hr.
