This full-time, remote position offers flexibility as part of Humana’s Variable Staffing Pool, where associates work part to full-time based on business needs. While this role is remote, occasional travel to Humana’s offices for training or meetings may be required.
What Your Day Will Look Like
A typical day involves performing primary source verifications, maintaining accurate credential information, supporting audits, and collaborating with clinicians and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance. Tasks also include generating reports, tracking credential status, and participating in process improvement initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is approximately $23.50 – $31.83/hr., based on Humana’s listed full-time equivalent salary range.
