As a full-time position, this role offers flexibility with remote work options, although preference is given to candidates located in Chicago, IL or San Diego, CA. The Customer Care Specialist will work with the GoFundMe Pro Customer Care Team, providing support to nonprofits across the country.
What Your Day Will Look Like
In this role, you will use your strong customer empathy to assist nonprofits with questions about GoFundMe Pro’s products and services. Tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, providing product education, and collaborating with other teams to solve complex problems quickly. You will also gather and relay customer insights to the product team.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $48,500 – $72,500/yr..
