Operating on a full-time basis, this remote role offers flexibility that aligns with Moxie’s mission of supporting entrepreneurs. The Social Media & Community Manager will be a crucial part of the Marketing team, collaborating closely with Growth, Advocacy, Product Marketing, and Events teams.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Social Media & Community Manager, daily tasks include managing Moxie’s social media channels, creating engaging content, and fostering community interaction. The role involves shaping the brand’s narrative, moderating community spaces, and turning employees into content creators. This position focuses on non-phone work, allowing for strategic content execution and community engagement.

- Create Content: Develop engaging posts and series
- Foster Engagement: Moderate and interact with community
- Coach Employees: Guide staff to become content creators
- Analyze Performance: Report on social media metrics

Compensation & Benefits
