This part-time, remote role offers approximately 25 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours during peak periods. The ideal schedule is weekdays from 9am–2pm ET.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Experience Associate, the day involves supporting customers via email and chat, providing personalized service throughout their shopping journey. The role requires handling inquiries about product recommendations, order placements, and resolving shipping issues. Mastery of operational procedures is essential to deliver efficient support.
