What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Relations Representative, you will handle inbound calls through the 1-800-SHOPCVS line, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. You will collaborate with field leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining service quality in a contact center environment.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Respond to Calls: Assist customers via 1-800-SHOPCVS line
- Support Stores: Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Advocate for Customers: Research and apply policies
- Process Communications: Handle calls, emails, and letters
- Collaborate Effectively: Work with teams to resolve issues
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities
- PC Proficiency: Navigate multiple applications
- Time Management: Independent work capability

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $17.00 – $31.30/hr..
