What Your Day Will Look Like

As a People Operations Coordinator, expect to manage core employee lifecycle processes in Workday, optimize and champion new HRIS processes, and ensure data integrity across systems. The role involves automating manual processes using AI, maintaining a comprehensive internal knowledge base, assisting with global benefit administration, and supporting compliance and audit readiness.
