What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Customer Experience Representative, daily tasks will include handling customer inquiries via phone and email, processing order adjustments, and troubleshooting issues. You will document interactions accurately and escalate complex cases as needed, all while staying informed about company updates and policies.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Provide Support: Assist customers via phone and email
