Multiple shift schedules are available for this full-time remote role, giving candidates more flexibility when it comes to their work hours. All new hires must complete approximately four weeks of paid virtual training from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, before moving into their assigned shift.

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Customer Support Advocate, daily tasks include managing inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You’ll interface with customers at all management levels, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Justworks platform. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, managing a queue of open issues, and contributing to customer retention strategies.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Manage Inquiries: Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat
  • Interface with Clients: Assist all management levels
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Resolve platform-related problems
  • Manage Queue: Deliver timely solutions
  • Contribute Ideas: Suggest product/process improvements

Relevant Experience & Skills Required

  • Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED
  • Customer Service: 5 years experience required
  • HR Knowledge: 1 year in payroll/benefits
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written
  • Problem Solving: Creative solution development

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this role is $29.76 – $32.74/hr..
