What Your Day Will Look Like

The Seasonal Product Support Associate will manage operational tasks such as rostering users, managing licenses, and updating permissions. Responsibilities include handling support ticket backlogs, providing on-demand support, and ensuring data accuracy through quality checks and troubleshooting. The role involves extensive work with spreadsheets, user systems, and Salesforce workflows.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Manage Tickets: Reduce backlog and address requests
  • Provide Support: Offer on-demand rostering assistance
  • Handle Additions: Manage user additions and licenses
  • Document Workflows: Track and resolve requests in Salesforce
  • Troubleshoot Imports: Fix failed or errored data imports
