Logistics
This full-time remote position requires availability primarily from Thursday to Monday nights, specifically from 6 pm to 2 am ET. The role is designed for night owls who thrive in high-energy environments and are excited about working during live sports events.
What Your Day Will Look Like (Non-Phone Work)
As a Customer Support Agent, you will engage with users through chat and email, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues. You will utilize Intercom to provide quick and accurate responses while maintaining the brand’s voice. Your tasks will include verifying accounts, investigating transactions, and resolving time-sensitive issues during peak sports events.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Handle User Inquiries: Address questions and issues via chat and email
- Verify Accounts: Use internal tools to confirm user identities and resolve account issues
- Troubleshoot Issues: Investigate and solve platform-related problems
- Monitor Live Events: Oversee chat volume and respond during high-stakes sports events
- Provide Feedback: Share insights to improve macros, FAQs, and documentation
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: No specific degree required
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to learn and use various admin tools
- Communication Skills: Strong written communication abilities
- Sports Knowledge: Understanding of betting lines and market dynamics

Compensation & Benefits
