This full-time role offers a floating schedule, providing support during planned and unexpected periods of need. Employees will work remotely, with shifts estimated at 1-2 partial or full days during morning and/or night shifts.
What Your Day Will Look Like
The Customer Support Associate will handle inquiries via email and phone, troubleshoot app and website issues, assist with booking and pricing, and manage parking enforcement. Responsibilities also include documenting actions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support property operations.

Compensation & Benefits
