MagicSchool AI offers a full-time, remote position as a Customer Support Specialist on a contract basis. The role is flexible, with a schedule of 4 to 8 hours per day from early July through September, aligning with the back-to-school season.

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Customer Support Specialist, your day will involve handling support interactions via chat and email, delivering product guidance, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining documentation. You’ll also identify patterns in recurring issues and ensure educators receive timely and effective support.
