What Your Day Will Look Like
In this role, the Specialist will engage in tasks such as responding to user inquiries via email and phone, troubleshooting technical issues, and creating support resources. Responsibilities & Expectations
- Provide Support: Assist users via email and calls
- Troubleshoot Issues: Resolve technical and classroom context problems

- Communicate Updates: Share product announcements with users
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: 3+ years in education
- Technical Skills: Experience with Google Classroom, SIS
- Support Experience: Customer support background
- Communication Skills: Excellent writing and verbal skills
- Location Preference: Based near Denver
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $21.00 – $29.00/hr. (Estimated based on similar roles; Actual pay may vary.)
