What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Service Representative on the Property & Casualty team, daily tasks include answering customer inquiries by phone and email, providing necessary documents, and supporting policy renewals. Representatives collaborate with licensed agents on complex issues and maintain accurate records across various platforms. The role involves identifying recurring customer issues to improve processes.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Answer Inquiries: Handle customer questions via phone/email
- Provide Documents: Send certificates, proofs, declaration pages
- Support Renewals: Gather info, coordinate with agents
- Maintain Records: Ensure CRM and AMS systems are updated
- Identify Issues: Spot and report recurring problems
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional interaction
- System Juggling: Manage multiple platforms
- Judgment Skills: Know when to escalate issues
- Detail Orientation: Maintain accurate records
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $20.00 – $29.00/hr.
